Returns and Refunds

Due to our return and/or refund policy, you have a maximum of 7 business days for the process to take place. Likewise, the piece will have to remain as it is and as you received it. (with its proper labels and packaging).

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The only exception to returns will be if the part is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to a gift card at with which you can re-purchase.

It is essential that you send an email to with the purchase order number and photos of the product to assess its condition. In a period of less than two days we will contact you to notify the status of the process and the tracking guide in case the return proceeds.

Once received and inspected, we will communicate by means of an email where the approval or rejection of the refund will be informed.
